This gentle yoga class is designed to support expecting and new mothers through all stages of pregnancy and early motherhood. The practice focuses on safe movement, breathing, and relaxation techniques to build strength, release tension, and nurture both body and mind. New mothers are welcome to bring their newborns — enjoy bonding time on the mat while connecting with a community of other parents in a calm, supportive environment. No prior yoga experience needed.
